Partners In Crime: thoughts + icons

Just what I needed after Torchwood. Fun.

ROSE!!! Rooooose! Oh my god, I'm sooo happy I didn't know about her being in this episode! And Doomsday music, yay! I'm so looking forward to finding out how she winded up there. ROOOSE! *crazy*

AND Donna, oh, I just love her. She's just what the Doctor needs: a friend and no more. And funny like hell! However, I can't imagine why she calls the Doctor a 'long streak of alien nothing', she must be blind or something. I really hope she'll continue to call him 'sunshine' in the future, though. That works for me. :)

AND the little potato-babies! (Okay, okay, Adipose, I know.) How cute they were? I want one!

AND the Doctor. I loved how he admitted that he screwed up Martha's life.

AND the Tardis scene when the Doctor talks science and he realizes there's no one to talk to. It was totally like House in Alone. Hey, that was 4x01 as well!

ooh, Rose was the greatest surprise ever! plus Doomsday <3
when he admitted he screwed up Martha's life it just automatically came to my mind that just a little bit. and slowly came the Torchwood scene too when Martha says the same thing about missing the Doctor.

He actually ackowledged Martha & that made me happy beyond belief. MARTHA JONES FTW! \o/ & between this & her Torchwood eps, I'm thinking that maybe the writing staff are realising how mean they were to her? I HOPE SO ANYWAY.

UNEXPECTED ROSE TYLER! WITH DOOMSDAY MUSIC. It didn't even annoy me. Huh. I'm just kinda shocked & I wanna know the fuck's going on there XD

TEN + DONNA NOBLE = BFF y/y?

I have nothing really to say except to agree with pretty much everything you just said...

Donna is amazing - funny and exactly what the Doctor needs: just a friend.
With Donna, the Doctor was much happier than he's been in a while, which was nice. And a lot more self-aware, realising what happened with Martah and so on. Oh, and the scene where he realised he was by himself was a little bit heartbreaking.

If the DW merchandising team doesn't come out with a cuddly Adipose to buy, then they're idiots.

And finally - ROSE! :) Unexepcted but just wonderful.

Your icons are gorgeous, I love all the black and white ones and the ones of Donna doing her miming (which was a hilarious moment). Snagged 31, with credit of course.
