James Marsters day

I rewatched Torchwood 2x01 and watched the first half of P.S. I Love You (I will finish it tomorrow but I'm getting sleepy and I want to actually watch it, not just play it on my laptop) today and I realized how much I still love James Marsters.

He was my first fangirl-crush back when I watched at least three Buffy/Angel episodes every day. I knew I still liked him but the Torchwood episode and the film made me realize I wasn't only in love with his sexy vampire looks but his gestures and mimics and all those little things. This man is awesome and I haven't got any icons of him right now. *ashamed*

And he can SING as well. I ordered his first (and yet only) album from the UK as soon as I could back in 2005 and I still love it. (I use the word 'love' too much, aren't I?) Not to mention Rest In Peace and Walk Through the Fire and Something to Sing About. Oh, the Buffy Musical, how much I adore it, I know it by heart. ♥

Which reminds me again... SPIKE. How great was it to ship him with Buffy! I loved Buffy S6 because of all the Spuffy love and angst. They are the reason that Dead Things is one of my favourite TV episodes ever.


It's so sexy it hurts.

Plus, in my sick mind Doomsday reflects on Dead Things as well.




OK, I just compared Spuffy to Ten/Rose. *needs to take a break*

Then there's the awesome chemistry between Spike and Angel in Angel (the series). Which might be best seen in my favouritest Angel episode ever, A Hole In the World (but I might be biased since it really is the best episode in my opinion).


And they're arguing about a very important question: who would win a fight between a cavemen and and astronaut?


Come on, they SHOULD marry each other.


Sorry, this picture is in no connection with James Marsters in any way but it's from the same episode (which is my favourite, have I told you that before?). Fred/Wesley would have been so cute and awesome, thank you Joss for killing off half of my OTP. But I still love this episode even if I cry like a baby every time I'm watching it.

Oh, I'm really off-topic now. I think I'll have to write a long review about A Hole In the World in the near future instead.

Yesss. James Masters is just made of love. I sat down and watched P.S I Love You just for him. Then I recently brought Angel season 5 and Buffy season 6, because that man is beyond awesome. He's just...*flail* no words can describe the great James Masters love.

...I don't have a James Masters icon D: how could I not realise this until now?

James is just....I don't have words to describe how much I love that man. And how much I adore Spike. And Spuffy. There's a reason he's my favorite actor, character and ship right there.

you know, I was never really that into Buffy so it took me a few viewings to realize that Captain John Hart was Spike - even though Spike was one of my favorite characters!

omg.. is it SPIKE again ?!
haha.. i miss those old times XD and THAT musical.. how could I listen to it :D I think I remembered that the melody was good.. but still... :D

i still prefer ur dr who period to ur buffy period :P :D

Heh, I like your juxtaposition of shots from Dead Things and Doomsday.

A Hole in the World really is fantastic in a 'Oh hey Joss, I see you there at your keyboard, nobody does it better!' way.

James Marsters is so awesome I even watched Nonsuperboy or whatever it's called for him! And Spike, well, he's my favourite telly character ever.

Spiiiiike. Yeah, I've been in love with him since I was seven years old XD (And now I own every season of Buffy and Angel on DVD and have since I was 11. Oi. XD)

And James is awesome. You should listen to his old band (Ghost Of The Robot) and his solo stuff if you haven't already. He really does have a very, very pretty voice.

And for the record? I refuse to watch A Hole In The World (that and Not Fade Away) because they hurt me too much. But the way James delivered the line, "There's a hole in the world..." kills me every time. And I lovelovelove the argument about Astronauts vs. Cavemen ("The Cavemen... of course the cavemen win" to quote Fred there).

Ahhh, Spike. Ily.

I'm talking about Civilized Man there. And I've got the Ghost of the Robot songs as well. :D

Oh, sorry, I thought it hadn't come out yet. I haven't checked JM news for a long time and I relied on a Wikipedia page. Which haven't been refreshed since 2007 so there was a 'will' in the new album sentence. Stupied me. I should have read the whole paragraph. :D

But I have to check out the second one then!
