I'm trying really hard. At least I won't be home (and near the cruel, spoiling internet) next week so I won't have a chance spoil myself after Stolen Earth. But the next four days will be torturous.

Want a piece of my spoiler-hatred? I jump and run away when I see a spoiler tag. I loathe spoilers, I never even have the temptation to read them because it's not fun at all knowing what will happen before I see it, the excitement would be gone, spoiled.
I'll still get a nervous breakdown before Saturday.

Aack *feels your pain* I"m trying too, I really am. I think I might already by fairly spoiled from before I decided to avoid them about a month or so ago, but nothing beyond a few pictures. I'm trying my best to limit any damage already done and it's really, really, not easy.

Although - how far are you going on the spoiler avoidance? Cos there's a scan of a little bit of text and a picture from the Radio Times about The Stolen Earth linked on Time and Chips at the moment. It's spoilery, but nothing I'd consider remotely major. Only something we knew was coming. The picture alone is worthy of an hour or so of staring (I keep looking at it when I get the urge to click on LJ cuts I shouldn't).

I know there's a picture there but I don't dare to click on the link. I don't know how big these spoilers are before actually reading/seeing them so I'm trying to avoid everything right now.

I have no problem with small spoilers and I already know a few things about the finale but now I'm just scared I'll run into something I don't want to see.

Fair enough, just checking.

It is not majorly spoilery, the picture is just a cap of Ten's face, while the text is a bit spoilery but nothing serious.

I don't want to encourage you to click it in case you disagree. But if the urge gets too much and you have to click something - choose that link and it won't kill you dead with spoilers, but it'll give you something to stare at. That's what I'm doing :)

Good choice in clicking. I can't seem to stop staring at it. I just want to give Ten a massive hug, with his bambi eyes.

That's the terrible thing about avoiding spoilers though isn't it? You never know when a cut says spoilers whether they'll be something minor or major.

I wish it was Saturday...

Good luck! I gave up ages ago. Luckily there aren't serious spoilers out there, just character and minor event spoilers mixed with guessing and pure bulls**t. RTD doesn't let people spoil his last finale.

He does, yes. Still, he gave RT some nifty pics and info, so he is doing the spoiling in this case.
Surprisingly this season he is rather good. Midnight was better than SitL/FotD for example imo. (Yes, I finally saw those eps too.)
