I just rewatched it, he said "there's only one time I could [tell someone my name]" so that referrs to a time, not a person? DOES THAT MEAN THEY'RE MARRIED OR SOMETHING? IDEK but...

I'm still not sure about a One True Love [even if it is River who is deeply awesome, or Martha who I ship him with like WOAH, or Donna who I similarly ship him with or Romana, or Sarah-Jane, or Teagan or Jamie or ANYONE]

BUT I'm fairly sure we'll see River in S5 because, I'm sure that Moffat was setting up for his season with this episode and her character, Again, don't know how I feel about this. I can't OTP the Doctor, no matter how hard I try *is weird*
