So we invented a new holiday with my friends. It's called Junkie Pride Day and we're planning to celebrate it in every year from now on.

As you might know, BB, Buba, Julis and me are TV addicts/series junkies, hence the name of the holiday. The celebration itself went like this: we ast down in front of Juliska's TV and watched TV shows the others brought. There was only one rule: you had to bring an episode of a TV show that none of the others watched. The only exception was Dr. Horrible's Sing-along-blog cause you just HAVE TO watch that every time you can.

It was great, I had to leave my Firefly boxset at Juliska's cause she wants to watch the whole series now. And I'll have to watch The Big Bang Theory and Black Books cause those were just awesome.

Erm, well. It was... interesting. Well, it's not very good. But it's enjoyable and Anthony Head's in it. I LOVE ANTHONY HEAD. He's sexy. (Gerontophilia, here I come.)

I so wanted them to get together, be evil and rule the world. :(

We have to bring an idiom that has to do something with animals to our next Language Practice class and tell the others its origin.

• I wanted to bring jump the shark but Julis stole that from me claimed it as hers sooner than me. So I went to look for another one.
• I really like beast with two backs (=partners engaged in sexual intercourse) but I'm not sure if I want to talk about that. (I don't have any problem with the topic but considering what kind of people are in my group it might not be a good idea.)
• So I browsed some more and I found another one from Shakespeare: wild goose chase. I didn't know he was the first who used that!

Romeo: Switch and spurs, switch and spurs; or I'll cry a match.
Mercutio: Nay, if thy wits run the wild-goose chase, I have done, for thou hast more of the wild-goose in one of thy wits than, I am sure, I have in my whole five.

BONUS: the Master used it as well.
Master: You’re public enemies number one, two and three. Oh, and you can tell handsome Jack that I’ve sent his little gang off on a wild goose chase to the Himalayas so he won’t be getting any help from them.
