I really should stop torturing myself. Why on earth did I have to watch Doomsday? Especially now, when I'm pessimistic and exhausted anyway because of my upcoming exams.

Actually I watched it because it was shown on BBC Prime today. But nobody MADE ME to switch on the telly. So it's only my fault. Silly, silly me.
(Oh, and I even watched the Confidential after that. I really must hate myself.)
Mood:: 'pessimistic' pessimistic

Why did you watch it? The only way I'd watch that episode was if I got to turn off the telly or switch channels after the wall so I can pretend the beach scene doesn't happen.

Actually, when I was younger (haha, I'm 18 NOW), I did this with Titanic. I switched of the VCR when the the ship hit the iceberg. :)

I do that too - I watch Doomsday even though I know it'll make me cry at the end!

I used to never be able to watch that episode without crying. Now I can safely say that I have exerted much more control over my lacrimal glands. I HATE YOU SADISTIC DOCTOR WHO WRITERS

I didn't cry when I watched it I "just" felt awful. It's strange, I always cried when I watched it before. I must be improving.

i think I've only seen Doomsday three times (ok, to the average person, that's not much, but, seriously, i don't have a TV. I watch my downloads over and over again)

i watched it twice when it first showed, and then once when I was re-watching the whole series, and it made me all mopey all over again! I don't think I'd put myself through that a fourth time - RTD really tugs at the emotions in that one.

I have a TV but I don't watch it very often. I hate Hungarian dubbing so I only watch BBC Prime or HBO cause I can switch languages there. So I'm a downloder as well. My hard drive doesn't like it very much but it's her problem, not mine. :)
