I'm disappointed. Big time.
I'm sorry. You know Doctor Who is like the Love Of My TV Life but this episode was... I dunno.
It's just... Well, I didn't care about the Cyberman/Hartigan-story AT ALL. I JUST DIDN'T.
And while I was sure David Morrisey wouldn't be the next (or next but one, or any future) Doctor, I was still a little disappointed when Ten figured out the truth. Maybe because it was too early in the episode.
Anyhow. I liked the beginning. I liked the VERY end.
I didn't like that apparently Rusty has been playing way too much with his Transformers/Bionicle robots this year. Why would I think that? Because of this:

IT WAS RIDICULOUS.
Things that made this episode enjoyable:

ALL OF THEM! Thanks for that, it was awesome! ♥

THIS HAIR

THEM TOGETHER. And he had Christmas dinner. Like SECOND TIME EVER. And she mentioned Donna. And everybody, basically. ♥
But the whole thing was still pretty much pointless. What a waste of one of the last of Ten's episodes. Only four left now. :(
PS. I think I should watch The Christmas Invasion again. AND AGAIN.

If it wasn't for Morrisey, I would have totally closed the file and live my life without watching it. And I wouldn't feel guilty.

I wasn't big time disappointed, but it was underwhelming. I liked Hartigan, but it was odd that the real Doctor worked out what had happened to Morrissey only halfway through. I believed the hype that he might really be a future Doctor, albeit not one we'd ever see again, and I thought we'd been promised twistiness near the end. It could have been a bigger, more dramatic, more interesting story. I can see how it happened, cos I got Russell's book for Christmas, and he was in a right old state even before struggling with the Bad Wolf Bay scene in Journey's End, which leaves him with only two weeks to write The Next Doctor. At least it ended on a note of cautious optimism, with the Doctor getting some Xmas dinner down him for the first time in three years!

lehet, hogy velem van a baj, de én a tavalyit is csak ennyire élveztem.
történetileg sztem se Miss Hartigan szálán, se Morrissey szálán nem időztek eleget. kicsit odacsapott volt.

The Two Davids were awesome. You could see just from looking they had a whale of a time being dragged along on their bums like little boys.
