LOL, he fucking killed me with the EC quote. Why would Donna notice Rose? She's never met her yet, if she saw her on the screen she must've thought it was some other channel, or some mysterious TARDIS thingy.
Same case, in PiC she was only a girl in the street, I don't think she remembered her face even 5 minutes after their encounter. And I still think she wouldn't notice her, she wasn't googling the screen like us tv viewers, and she wasn't familiar enough with the TARDIS as much to tell it's not usual for martian boy to have a blondie on the screen. 8) I guess she's always just gonna pop up next to Donna when she's not paying attention, because they can't notice her until the end of the series, it's just for us, fans, to scream "OMFG IT'S ROOOOOSE". :)
