I finished reading Twilight last week. I started reading New Moon yesterday. And I'm pretty much finished.
BECAUSE I HAS PROBLEMS.
I started reading this series because of VAMPIRES. Namely, because of the CULLENS.
And then I'm at page 54 and the Cullens are gone. GONE.
So I startedscrolling down flipping the pages impatiently (something I've never done before, except for the Anita Blake series when I was waiting for Jean-Claude to appear again). AND THEY WERE NOT BACK UNTIL THE VERY END! Alice wasn't back until page 248! And Edward? PAGE 293 of 366?? That's just not right.
So I read the end after the beginning. And skipped the parts in between.
Come on, Ms Meyer! I have enough crap in my life, I don't need to read it in your books. I started reading them cause I thought it would be beautiful, with candy and ponies (with the occasional Big Problems like they cannot shag). I want everything to be pink and glittery in Twilight. So don't do this to me EVER again, okay?
And now I don't even really want to read what I've skipped. And judging by the ending I didn't even miss out on much. ONE: Jacob turned into a werewolf (VERY SURPRISING). TWO: Life without Edward was bad for Bella (OMG RLY?). THREE: THERE IS NO THREE. IS THERE?
Ah, what the hell, I'm gonna read it anyway, cause I'm one of those lunatics who NEED TO read the whole book when they've started (and finished) it.
PS. I'm actually interested in one thing. Why does Rosalie suddenly like Bella? Okay, I have a reason to read it. *sigh*

On the plus side, Jacob is actually quite a nice bloke in the first half of NM. No sparkling, but he's quite cool.

"with the occasional Big Problems like they cannot shag" kitartás. van addig még párszáz oldalad.

My eyelids fluttered open in shock. It was the first time she'd ever spoken directly to me.
"Yes, Rosalie?" I asked, hesitant.
"I'm so very sorry, Bella. I feel wretched about every part of this, and so grateful that you
were brave enough to go save my brother after what I did. Please say you'll forgive me."
Carlisle sat down on my right, and Edward on my left. Everyone else took their seats in
silence. Alice was grinning at me, already in on the plot. Emmett and Jasper looked curious,
and Rosalie smiled at me tentatively. My answering smile was just as timid. That was going
to take some getting used to.
ezek miatt gondoltam. de akkor nem?

The Rosalie thing is actually pretty interesting, though.
