How I Met Your Mother: Shelter Island

When I saw this picture I thought it would be a shiny-happy-funny episode.

It was not.

- OMG BARNEY YOU'RE SO STUPID I HATE YOU. THIS WAS THE CHANCE, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
- I didn't like Stella that much so I'm only sad because Ted is sad, but still, :((((( I was sure she was not the Mother but I never thought they would break up like this...

Yeah, but what kind of a chance was it if Robin was going to rely on having sex with him just because she was upset about Ted getting married?

I mean, yes, she might feel something for Barney but this would have been another hook up just to make Robin happy.

I love BroTP but I want them to hook up because they want to, not because the other one is upset about something else. Barney ruined it, of course, but at least after this episode he got THE BELT.

You're right, but it still could have let to something legendary. ;) I don't know if you watched Friends but Monica and Chandler started out the same way.

Yeah I watch Friends since I was 8, it's my favourite show in the history of the shows hahaha, and I think that's why I don't want them to hook up the same way as Monica and Chandler, I always try to separate the shows 'cause for me they're really different and I kind of feel dissapointed by the coincidences.

meg Barney is. annyira édes volt, mint egy kisfiú, akitől akkor vették el a plüssmaciját. ahogy ott nézett Robin után... a csajokon meg röhögtem egy sort :D
de már ideje volt, kezdtem azt hinni, ő lesz az anya.

Ott veszekedtek azon, hogy jó-e, ha az ember exe eljön az esküvőjére, Stella szerint nem, mert felhoz régi érzéseket. De Ted "véletlenül" meghívja Stella volt pasiját, miközben ráveszi, hogy Stella és a volt pasi kislánya hadd jöhessen el az esküvőjükre.
(Egyébként azzal kezdődött, hogy Ted meghívta Robint.)
Stellában meg úgy tűnik, felkavaródnak a régi érzések, mert Tednek ott hagy egy levélkét az esküvő napján, aztán mutatják, ahogy smárol a volt pasijával.

nem is tudom, volt-e már rész, ami ennyire ne tetszett volna..
végén szívbajt hozták rám a ted/robinos jelenettel... ha újra szenvedtetik őket, én erőt veszek magamon és elkaszálom a sorozatot...
