I had my first session with my new physiotherapist today. He's really, really nice, but I have to tell you, HE'S A SADIST. Maybe it's just because I was already tired and sleepy when I got there, but still. My previous two physiotherapists made me work hard as well but I don't remember being this exhausted after their sessions.
He actually asked me if the tasks were bearable. I told him they were. How stupid I am. But I didn't want to lie, they WERE bearable, I didn't die or anything. Well, almost, but almost doesn't count.
Despite all this I'm almost looking forward to our next meeting, he gave me a wonderful back massage before we started working. (No, it's not dirty, it's only because he has to get my muscles relaxed.)

I adored all my physiotherapists but the first got pregnant and now she's at home with her child. The second moved to Germany. Maybe they didn't like me that much. XD
Why do *you* do it for?

I have to go because of my knee. I used to be really active & was in try-outs for the England Junior Swimming Squad & I was always in karate comps but then... I fell off a mountain bike. Straight over the handle bars & I disolcated/tore everything inside my right knee. 2 operations & 3 years later, it's still not great but it's getting better I think.
