I finished reading John Barrowman's autobiography today. IT WAS AWESOME. READ IT.
I cannot quote everything I loved about it cause then this entry would go on forever but I cannot resist quoting just one or two sentences:
Turner and I were reminiscing about all the years we'd spent with red lips, stuffed boobs, big hair and big heels in Hogmanay, when he said, with all the wisdom of a seventeen-year-old, 'You know, Uncle John, I'm straight, and if you think about all the times when I was a kid that I've been dressed up in women's clothing and made to sing and dance, I've got to be the proof that you can't turn someone gay.'
His nieces and nephews are so lucky to have an uncle like him. And he's lucky to have them cause they are awesome too.
David and Freema are tenants (sorry, couldn't resist) in the same apartment building on Cardiff Bay where Russell and I live[...]
