OMFG
The middle was a bit slow, but the beginning and the ending was heartwarming/heartbreaking.
The beginning: sunshine, beach, no engagement ring. Eating FOOD. Experiencing deja vu? Oh, right, Whedon did the same in Angel 1x08. I don't mind but it's not a good omen.
The end: Mick goes back to being a vampire just to save Beth. I really adore him. And Josef's the one who turns him! (BTW, JASON DOHRING HAS A NEW HAIRCUT!) Yep, turning back at the end of the episode was done in Angel 1x08 as well. I don't mind but my heart does.
PLUS! The picnic on the roof. Mick, Beth doesn't mind that you're a bloodsucker. Just sleep with her already! PLUS! The music is We Are The Lucky Ones by Bif Naked. Where did we hear that before? Oh, yes, Buffy 4x03. Coincidence?
I have to find out who does the score for this show. I want to marry him/her. Right after Murray Gold and Ben Foster.
